Everyone was great, very nice and so attentive. We left feeling so much better knowing our puppy got such great treatment. Dr. Nichols is great and takes the time to explain and answer every question. Definitely a great place to get your pet treated.
Staff was very friendly, and answered all of our questions. The Vet was thorough and clearly explained the issue our pet was having. We received a follow up phone call with further directions for our little dog and asking if we had any concerns.
I needed an appointment because my vet couldn’t fit me in for a few days. I called first and was told to come on over, they weren’t busy. I was pleased with the friendly staff and dr. Thorough and professional. Didn’t feel rushed
Could not have had a better experience. Friendly greeting at front desk, clean waiting room with snacks, little to no wait time even considering there were other pet patients, thorough tech and doctor. Very lucky to have found this place while frantically searching Google in an emergency.
Justin was very welcoming and kind and made us feel comfortable when we first walked in and thoughout our wait. The vet tech were so nice as well and Dr. Nichols was great.
The clinic was very nice & clean which is a plus for me! The staff was very professional and very kind. I would definitely recommend them!

We had an experience at another local ER the night before which wasn’t good then came here, wow! Everyone was so kind and friendly and we felt our dog was an individual they cared about. He felt so crummy, they carried him around in his dog bed. Thank you! They even called us the next day! Kind and professional. We appreciate you.
They are amazing, they do everything they can for you and your animals, I would recommend them 100%. They are very kind and very helpful and caring for your pets, and they will check up on your animals after they have been seen, thank you so very much for all of your support and help!!!!

Open Monday – Saturday from 8a-8p. They say soon they will be open 7 days a week. I was about to take Mr. Burns, my pup, to an urgent care, and then found a vet that was open on Saturdays! Dr. Carlson and staff area very nice and knowledgable. Their prices are no more than my dog’s old vet. New building, very clean. I highly recommend Kind Vet – appropriately named!

I don’t usually do reviews, but when a business exceeds your expectations by tenfold, I believe it is necessary!
I was referred to Kind Vet by the Humane Society of Sarasota. I was told that they were a relatively new business with good reviews and reasonable.
I made an appointment. Entering the building I noticed that everything was spotless and tidy! The staff could not have been nicer. The Vet introduced himself. He asked me questions about my pet (dog). The Vet did an examination. He explained what was going on and what needed to be done. He was very informative, answering all my questions ! I didn’t feel rushed or that I was wasting his time!
At the follow up appointment a week later the staff greeted me and my pet. They actually came over and petted him. This visit was with a different Vet. He introduced himself, asked me about our prior visit. We went over everything from then up to today. Examined my pet, assured me everything looked good. Again, I was amazed at the amount of time I was afforded to explain things to me, as well as answer all of my questions!
